Pelican Self Storage is currently looking for properties, premises and land in the Stockholm area.
The properties should be located on major traffic routes and have both good accessibility and good exposure.
We are flexible and can use both empty land, sloping land and existing buildings. We are mainly looking for zoned land, but we can also consider raw land. The business requires a real estate area of at least 3,000 m² or buildable land of 4,000-20,000 m².
We are also looking for properties in central Stockholm, where we can consider condominiums with an area of at least 1,000 m².
Pelican Self Storage would prefer to acquire and own the completed facility, but joint venture may also be of interest. Our operations are not disruptive to the surrounding area with a traffic volume of about 1-2 cars per hour when the facility is open. The facilities work well as noise barriers.
