2. opening hours and code entry
Once the start date has passed, you can access your storage unit from 05:30 to 22:00 every day - 365 days a year.
To enter, you will need to enter the code that you have received by email. The code is an 8-digit code and must be entered on the code box located on the pillar at the entrance gate (Image:1)
When entering the code, it is important that you first press * (star) - the whole code - and then # (square).

3. shopping carts
When you enter the site and enter the loading area of the facility, freight wagons are available to use.
Help the next customer and please return the carts when you are done.

4. Overview of floors and elevator access
Bromma has three floors, of which floors 1 and 2 have their own access on either side of the building.
The first number in your storage room number indicates which floor you are going to.
Example: Room 3124 is on floor 3

5. overview - find your space
On each floor there is an overview of the floor, where you can locate your storage unit. The overview is usually located next to the code display or the elevator.
There are also signposts with number intervals in several places in the facility.

6. Start using your stash
Once you have found your storage unit, it is very important that you check that it is the correct unit number.
Open the storage unit by pulling the metal rail on the door to the side (Figures 1 & 2).
In the storage room there is a security approved cylinder lock, with 2 keys. (picture 3).
You can now use the space.

7. how to lock and open the room
When locking the storage unit, close the door and push the metal rail back again to keep the door closed (Figure 1). Then insert the cylinder lock into the lock hole and turn the key to the left and remove the key - the storage unit is now locked.
If you have problems inserting the cylinder lock into the door
There are 2 small dots on the cylinder lock. If you hold the cylinder lock so that the two dots are up next to each other, you can easily insert the lock into the hole (see picture 2).
To open the room again
Insert one of the keys into the cylinder lock and turn the key to the right, then pull the cylinder out of the door. Slide the metal rail (figure 1) all the way to the right/left and the door can now be opened.
