Guide to Pelican Lidingö

1. entrance/loading zone
Here you can easily drive your car, trailer or truck into our loading and unloading area. The loading dock is under cover so you can unload in all weathers. Directly to the right from the entrance is our shop full of moving materials, cold drinks and coffee. The facility and store are staffed weekdays 10:00-18:00 and Saturdays 10:00-14:00.

2. opening hours and code entry
Once the start date has passed, you can access your storage unit between 05:30 and 22:00 every day - 365 days a year.
To enter, you will need to enter the code that you have received by email. The code is an 8-digit code and must be entered on the access panel located at the entrance (See picture below)
When entering the code, it is important that you first press * (star) - the whole code - and then # (square).
See the instructions on the sign at the access panel.

3. shopping carts
When you enter the loading area of the facility, freight wagons are available to use.
Please return the trolleys when you are finished, these must not be left in your storage room.

4. Overview of floors and elevator access
By the elevator there is a sign with an overview of which floor your storage unit number is located.
The storage room with the first number 2XXX is on the left when you enter through the second door.

5. overview - find your space
On each floor there is an overview of the floor, where you can locate your storage unit.
There are also signposts with number intervals in several places in the facility.
See examples:

6. Start using your stash
Once you have found your storage unit, it is very important that you check that it is the correct unit number.
Open the storage unit by pulling the metal rail on the door to the side (see picture below).
Depending on the storage unit you have, there is an approved cylinder lock or padlock, with 2 keys. See next point how our lock cylinder works.
You can now use the space.

7. How to lock and open the storage unit
When locking the storage unit, close the door and push the metal rail back again to keep the door closed (Figure 1). Then insert the cylinder lock into the cylinder hole and turn the key to the left and remove the key - the storage unit is now locked.
If you have problems inserting the cylinder lock into the door
There are 2 small dots on the cylinder lock. If you hold the cylinder lock so that the two dots are up next to each other, you can easily insert the lock into the hole (see picture 2).
To reopen the storage room
Insert one of the three keys into the cylinder lock and turn the key to the right, then pull the cylinder out of the door. Slide the metal rail (fig. 1) all the way to the right/left and the door can now be opened.
