1. entrance gate/load zone
Here you can easily drive your car, trailer or truck into our loading and unloading area. You're close to the entrance and can unload in any weather. All gates and doors are opened through the "Pelican Smart Access" app

2. opening hours and access
Once the start date has passed, you can access your storage unit from 05:30 - 22:00 every day of the year
To enter, you must use the "Pelican Smart Access" app. You will receive the activation code for the app when you rent your storage unit. See full guide here: www.pelican.se/app
3. Trolleys
When you enter the site and into the loading area of the facility, freight wagons are available to use.
Help the next customer and please return the trolleys when you are finished, not to be left in your storage room.
4. Overview of floors and elevator access
On each floor there is an overview of the floor, where you can locate your storage unit. The overview is usually located next to the code display
There are also signposts with number intervals in several places in the facility

5. overview - find your space
At the elevators, there are signs with an overview of which floor your storage unit number is located.
Find your storage room number and see which floor. The first number in your storage unit number shows which floor you are going to.
Example: Room 3124 is on the 3rd floor.
6. Start using your stash
Once you have found your storage unit, it is very important that you check that it is the correct unit number.
Open the storage room by pulling the metal rail on the door to the side
The storage room has a security-approved cylinder lock in a green bag.
You can now use the space

7. how to lock and open the room
When you lock the storage unit, close the door and push the metal rail back again to keep the door closed. Then insert the cylinder lock into the locking hole and turn and remove the key - the storage unit is now locked.
If you have problems inserting the cylinder lock into the door
There are small round marks on the cylinder lock. If you hold the cylinder lock so that the round marks are up next to each other, you can easily insert the lock into the hole.
To open the room again
Unlock the cylinder lock and then pull the cylinder out of the door. Slide the metal rail all the way to the right/left and the door can now be opened.
