Once the start date has passed, you can access your storage unit from 05:30 to 22:00 every day - 365 days a year.<\/p>

To enter, you will need to enter the code that you have received by email. The code is an 8-digit code and must be entered on the code box located on the pillar at the entrance gate (Image:1) <\/p>

When entering the code, it is important that you first press * (star) - the whole code - and then # (square).<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Once you have found your storage unit, it is very important that you check that it is the correct unit number.<\/p>

Open the storage unit by pulling the metal rail on the door to the side (Figures 1 & 2).
The storage room has a security approved cylinder lock, with keys. (Figure 3). <\/p>

6. How to lock and open the room<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

A new lock can be found in a green bag inside your storage unit
When locking the storage unit, close the door and push the metal rail back again to keep the door closed (picture 1).
Then insert the cylinder lock into the lock hole and turn the key and remove the key - the storage unit is now locked.<\/p>

If you have problems inserting the cylinder lock into the door
There are small dots on the cylinder lock. If you hold the cylinder lock so that these dots are facing up, you can easily insert the lock into the hole (see figure 2). <\/p>

To reopen the room
Insert a key into the cylinder lock, turn and then pull the cylinder out of the door. Slide the metal rail (figure 2) all the way to the right\/left and the door can now be opened. <\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
